About the Role
We’re building a new, high-impact product team focused on revolutionising how we do pricing — empowering our customers with personalised experiences and delivering maximum value for the business.
You’ll lead product strategy and execution for next-generation pricing systems, algorithms and commercial tools, helping us unlock competitive advantage through smarter pricing, better automation and data-driven insights.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced Product Manager ideally from an eCommerce, travel or fintech background, with experience across dynamic pricing and machine learning–based decisioning.
What you’ll be doing day to day
You’ll drive innovation across areas such as:
- Dynamic & Personalised Pricing: Using algorithms, Data and/or machine learning to optimise prices, promotions and conversion.
- Commercial Tooling: Building intelligent tools and dashboards for finance, marketing, and commercial teams to manage margin, discounts, and profit optimisation.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Simplifying and modernising pricing systems for performance, flexibility, and real-time decision-making.
- Own the Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define and deliver a clear vision for pricing and checkout innovation, balancing customer value with business impact.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with engineering, data science, UX, finance, marketing, and commercial teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and guide prioritisation.
- Algorithmic Thinking – Collaborate with data scientists to define and deploy models that improve pricing, demand prediction, and promotional efficiency.
- Execution & Delivery – Break down complex problems into achievable milestones, ensuring the team ships high-quality, impactful products at pace.
- Stakeholder Management – Translate between commercial, technical, and customer needs, aligning stakeholders behind a shared vision.
- OKR Ownership – Define and track clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for your area, linking tactical improvements to strategic outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement – Champion best practices in product management, helping mature the discipline across On the Beach.
You’ll be a great addition to our team if you have the following skills, knowledge and experience
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in eCommerce, travel, or fintech, ideally working on pricing products.
- A strong understanding of dynamic pricing, algorithms, or machine learning applications in a commercial context.
- Excellent technical fluency, able to collaborate with engineers and data scientists and translate complex concepts into clear requirements.
- A commercial mindset, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy and understanding the economics of margin, conversion, and pricing.
- Analytical and data-led thinking, with the ability to explore data independently and turn insights into action.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you can influence at all levels and bring clarity to ambiguity.
- A bias for action, curiosity, and resilience — comfortable leading in new, evolving, and high-impact spaces.
Bonus Points For
- Experience designing or optimising pricing or yield management systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning, data modelling, or algorithmic decision-making.
- Background in high-scale consumer eCommerce with complex workflows and integrations.
What to expect from our interview process
We’ll run a multiple stage interview process, one stage of which may be an in-person interview at our fabulous Aeroworks office in Manchester city centre.

Ways of working
Our full time hours are 37.5 per week, but we don't have rigid working hours so you can find the working pattern that's right for you. We have core working hours between 10am - 4pm, so we can collaborate and enjoy the social side of work.
We also have hybrid working so we all work from home and from our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre. You’ll be in the office one day every two weeks, and you’re more than welcome to come in more if you’d like.
