The role starts at a basic salary of £16,000 rising to £19,000 for those who deliver exceptional performance, demonstrate role model behaviour and are adaptable enough to thrive in several areas. There is also the opportunity to earn commission, with top performers earning in excess of £4,000 per year. You will deliver a fantastic customer journey not because it is expected, but because you care about people getting a great customer experience. We want you to have fun and show positivity whilst demonstrating flexibility towards the needs of our customers and the business. We trust you to take ownership of the customer and ensure they receive the very best attention possible. You will need to be both robust and humble at the same time. The role is based in Cheadle, South Manchester.
