What’s the role all about?
At On the Beach we are on the lookout for people who are ambitious, keen to learn, want to have fun, are smart and above all bold enough to try new things. As a Customer Service Advisor; you’ll deliver a fantastic buyer experience not because it’s expected but because you care about people getting a great experience. We want you to have fun and show positivity while demonstrating flexibility to the needs to our clients and the business. We trust you to take ownership of the client and ensure they receive the very best attention possible.
The hours are full time (37.5 hours per week) working shifts typically between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 7pm Saturday and Sunday. The position has a starting salary of £16,250 rising to £19,000 for exceptional performers and is based in Cheadle near Stockport.
What will the role entail?
To be responsible for assisting our clients with their queries, dealing effectively with requests to change their booking and treating everyone as an individual
To ‘own’ queries and relentlessly try to resolve them first time round if at all possible
To provide excellent customer service and promote On the Beach with passion
To take pride in achieving personal KPIs
To be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
To listen to our clients and not be afraid to be innovative
Being a team player who works well under pressure
Resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Being fantastic when dealing with people via phones, email and direct messages
Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times by combining outstanding communication and rapport building skills
Call Centre / Contact Centre experience with sound IT skills
Experience in Travel is desirable but absolutely not essential
