You will be required to continually refine delivery methods, ensuring team performance is maintained and improved and you’ll work alongside the agile coaches to develop and drive agile methodologies to ensure business alignment to deliverables. You will collaborate with the wider tech and product organisation to ensure the interface with the software engineering teams is effective in both directions. You’ll ensure that the software engineering teams’ development approaches are aligned with OTB’s overall enterprise architecture strategy and will effectively prioritise across multiple areas – including feature base, performance, quality, automation and control of technical debt.
You’ll take ownership of the structure of the engineering team to ensure the highest standards of delivery. You will move people as needed - creating or disbanding teams in response to new business requirements or engineering priorities.
